Our mission is to identify, invest in and partner with early stage and middle market businesses with exceptional promise and help them grow into market-leading companies. We invest in companies that we can't resist. Ten percent of our investments are in companies that we helped start, the remaining we invest along side leading investment professionals to:
- Identify markets and individual opportunities,
- Support due diligence and valuation support and
- Provide on-going advisory to management, typically as a Board Member
